Fiscal year 2022/23 (April 22 – March 23)

The Eastern Polymer Group Pcl.

1. The company has been awarded the “ASEAN CG Scorecard” for the year 2021 in the ASEAN Asset Class PLCs category. The award was organized by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) at the end of 2022.

2. The Stock Exchange of Thailand has named the Company to the 2022 Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) list. Companies listed in sustainable stocks reflect the organiation’s development and ability to grow consistently.

3. Rated “Excellent” in the corporate governance report of Thai listed companies 2022 by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD)

4. The subsidiary company has been awarded a certificate of membership in the “Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption” (CAC). The CAC is a project aimed at combating corruption, organized by the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption Committee.

5. IR Magazine awarded the Company a “Certificate for excellence in investor relations” at the IR Magazine Awards – Southeast Asia 2022.

1. Aeroflex received the Certificate of Carbon Footprint for Organization from Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment presenting by Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) for the 6th consecutive year.

2. Aeroflex is Certified Carbon Footprint for Product (CFP) in 2020 by Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO)

3. Aeroflex received the awards and honorable certificate of Industrial Promotion Program for Sustainable Social and Community Responsibility ( CSR-DIW Continuous Awards 2022 for 9th consecutive year )

4. Aeroflex has obtained the Carbon Neutral Label certification for compensating greenhouse gas emissions, organized by the Private Sector Management Organization for Greenhouse Gas (Private Organization).

5. Aeroflex has obtained the certification for the voluntary greenhouse gas reduction project in accordance with the Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction (T-VER) standard, organized by the Private Sector Management Organization for Greenhouse Gas (Private Organization).

6. Aeroflex Co., Ltd. has obtained the Circular Mark certification label for the economic circularity of its products, organized by the Thai Environmental Institute

7. Aeroflex received Singapore Green Building Product Certificate from Singapore Green Building Council

1. Aeroklas is certified with FORD Q1 by Ford Motor Company (Thailand) Limited

2. Aeroklas recieved Supplier Kaizen Excellence 2022 C&A Supplier Performance Award from Toyota Daihatsu Engineering & Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

3. Aeroklas received the awards and honorable certificate of Industrial Promotion Program for Sustainable Social and Community Responsibility ( CSR-DIW Continuous Awards 2022 for 2^nd consecutive year )

4. Aeroklas has received the prestigious Outstanding Workplace and Labor Welfare Award for the second consecutive year at the national level, organized by the Ministry of Labor.

5. Aeroklas has been assessed for readiness in the Thai industry using the Thailand i4.0 Index, organized by the Federation of Thai Industries.

The award illustrated EPG’s development toward sustainable growth with consideration in the area such as corporate governance, risk management, innovation management while emphasize on the wellbeing of all stakeholders.

3. Aeroflex received the Certificate of Carbon Footprint for Organization 2020 from Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment presenting by Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization)

Aeroflex Co., Ltd. (AFC) has received several awards and certificates; including,

1. AFC receives “Green Culture Award” (4^th level) and certificate in the Green Industry Forum 2019. This award and certificate were granted by the Ministry of Industry to recognize the internal cooperation towards environmental friendly practices as a key of our corporate culture.

2. We have received a certificate on Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) from Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO) since 2017. This certificate guarantees our commitment to continue reporting on greenhouse gas emissions from our business, which leads to further guidelines on effective greenhouse gas emission reduction.

3. Certificate on Carbon Footprint for Product (CFP) in 2019 has also been granted by Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO) to recognize the continuity for reporting the greenhouse gas emissions made by Aero-Roof under roof thermal insulation. We report our data on greenhouse gas emission level while delivering the optional choice for customers whose primary concern is on green products and service.

4. CSR-DIW Award 2019 together with a certificate have been granted by the Ministry of Industry, in recognition of being responsible enterprise for society

Aeroflex Company Limited received the awards as follows:

1. ‘Best Exporter Award’ from Prime Minister’s Export Award 2018 hosted by the Ministry of Commerce

2. Certificate of appreciation in issuing the greenhouse gas emissions of the productof the year 2019 from Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) in order to demonstrate the greenhouse gas emission of Aeroflex. This is to inform consumers about the quantity of greenhouse gas emission of products and services as the information to be used for making decision to buy our products and increasing the alternatives for consumers to participate in greenhouse gas management.

– At the Prime Minister Export Award 2017, Eastern Polymer Group Plc (EPG) and its affiliates were recognized with three awards in two Categories as follows

The Eastern Polymer Group (Plc) is honor to receive the outstanding innovative company award from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money and Banking Magazine at SET Award 2016 from the product Aeroklas Canopy, the innovation special polymer plastic for pickup truck that build from the ABS Alloy that developed in-house by Aeroklas.

2. Eastern Polypack received Watsangsook Award from Thai Health Promotion foundation with the association of the Technology promotion Association (Thailand-Japan)

• Aeroklas received ISO 9001: 2008 from Bureau Veritas for meeting standard quality management
• Aeroklas received ISO / TS 16949: 2009 from Bureau Veritas for meeting stadard in quality mangement under Automotive and Autopart Industry Criteria
• Aeroflex and Eastern Polypack received the CSR-DIW honorary award from Ministry of Industry for the excellent in the area of Social responsibility.
• Eastern Polypack received the Bronze Award (Second Runner-Up) in the Category of Disposable Food and beverage Packaging from the Thai Plastic Industries Association and the Plastic Institute of Thailand.
